AddressLooking for a Property Manager who is able to oversee and manage the own portfolio. The role is to take charge of the management.
Overview of the role:
- Managing all aspects of property management
- Responding to tenant inquiries via emails and phone calls
- Managing landlord communication and relationships
- Negotiation and execution of lease renewals
- Calling and talking to potential tenants
- Maintaining strong working relationships with staff
- Routine inspection arrangement
- Ingoing/Outgoing inspection arrangement
The successful applicant will require:
- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) speaker
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Be very comfortable speaking on the phone with people
- Good time management
- Maintain a proactive approach to clear, accurate communication with owners and tenants
- Generally keen to help tenants and owners have a stress-free experience.
