Harris Leech Property, a thriving boutique agency nestled in the heart of St Kilda, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our dedicated team. With a focus on personalized service and a deep understanding of the local property market, we take pride in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Working 8:30-5:00pm with an earlier finish on a Friday as well as casual Fridays! You will manage a portfolio of approx. 140-150 properties using PropertyMe.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing a portfolio consisting of 140 - 150 properties
- Cultivating strong client relationships with landlords
- Managing maintenance requests efficiently
- Addressing emails and inquiries, including tenant and owner interactions
- Conducting property inspections
- Facilitating lease renewals
We are in search of an individual whom we can train and support, ensuring a seamless transition into the role.
You will be part of a high-performing office, utilizing cutting-edge systems, offering the flexibility to work from Home, and collaborating with a welcoming team.
Your primary responsibility will involve managing your portfolio comprehensively, encompassing tasks such as nurturing landlord-tenant relationships, handling rental arrears, responding to inquiries, managing maintenance issues, and overseeing lease renewals and routine inspections.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Proven experience in Property Management
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Exceptional personal presentation and verbal communication skills
- A determined and proactive "can-do" attitude
