An exciting opportunity has become available due to growth for a driven person who has a minimum 12 months experience in Property Management . You will be working with a vibrant, innovative and experienced team with a strong focus on customer service and using the most up to date technology and systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining relationships, providing a high level of customer service to your clients
• Entry and exit condition reports
• Arrears management
• Monitor and manage maintenance
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
The successful candidate will have:
• 12 months minimum Property Management experience and strong knowledge of relevant legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Proficient knowledge of PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate and Inspection Express is an advantage
