We require an Assistant Property Manager to assist and support our Portfolio Manager (POD).

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be engaged in a broad range of POD support of the day-to-day management of properties by:
- Tenant selection
- Managing rent arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Coordinating routine Inspections
- Communicating with landlords regarding repairs and maintenance
- Managing a challenging and volatile, interesting and sometimes challenging rental market.
- General assistance to the portfolio manager.
Required skills/attributes:
- At least 2 years’ previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to construct proficient and professional correspondence to landlords and tenants
- Work autonomously while being part of a large team of 20+
- You will be team focused, reliable, able to work in a busy environment, and have the ability to deliver outcomes within tight time constraints and with minimal supervision.
- Proven time management skills
- Experience in Property Tree or a similar program is highly desired
Please note this is a Monday to Friday office-based role.
There is no Saturday work, and our on-site building managers look after the leasing function. You must be able to work full time hours in our Southport, Gold Coast location.
