The Role:
You will be working on a fantastic array of projects across Hospitality, Hotels and Sporting Infrastructure.
- Project feasibility studies and budget costing
- Procurement of project teams, including design consultants, certifiers, and other consultants required to provide a full detailed design package for tender and construction purposes
- Development of project procurement methodologies and project delivery plans
- Project cost estimation and cost management
- Tender management
- Preparation of construction contracts
- Preparation of appointment Deeds under the WHS legislation.
- Contract administration
- Management of building contractors on site
- Working with the Director, identify growth opportunities through development and maintenance of a wide network of contacts in the property industry
- Provide regular, accurate and comprehensive reports to clients as required
- Be conversant and act within relevant law and statutory requirements relating to the position
- Proven experience in all aspects of project management
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
- Contract management & strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
