The Role:

• Day to day management of 100 properties 
• Landlord and tenant liaison 
• Organising repairs and maintenance 
• Leasing and property officer to support you
• Generate new managements via referrals and warm leads
• Work closely with the sales team to uncover any new opportunities
• Build and maintain new and existing relationships with landlords

• Previous property management experience
• Be well presented and a strong communicator
• Hold a valid real estate certificate or license 
• Have access to a Car and a driver’s license
• Superb customer service abilities with a passion for new business
• Have a proactive- can do attitude
