Your journey with us will begin with managing a small portfolio and working alongside our Business Development Manager to grow into your role and expand your portfolio.
We're on the hunt for someone who oozes confidence and must be able to:
- build strong working relationships with tenants and landlords.
- dynamic problem solver, always ready to tackle challenges head-on for the best resolutions and be a dynamic problem solver.
- Demonstrate attention to detail when following processes and conducting entry and exit reports, and routine inspections.
- Pre-empt and prioritise important tasks to meet client's needs.
- Be efficient with time management and organised.
- Have a solid understanding of QLD tenancy laws, leasing procedures and managing property maintenance.
- Contribute positively to the team culture and working environment; and
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of procedures and initiatives.
