About the role
We are currently seeking a full-time Property Manager with at least one year of experience or a fresh graduate for a Junior Property Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in property management or who would like to move up in your career. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage and maintain Residential Real Estate in and around Werribee. Also plan, develop and implement an integrated and effective strategy aligned with the company's strategic goals. Providing high-level operational conduct on the full range of property operations, maintenance of physical properties, and service delivery is critical to diverse and complex global owners. You will work with a highly skilled group of property professionals, enabling and fostering a climate of teamwork and supporting risk-taking across the group.
- Manage the company's property portfolios.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a deal, resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
- Maintain accurate records of all lease and prospecting activities, including lease calls, presentations, closed deals, and follow-up activities.
- Lease consultative-ly and recommend to prospects and clients the company's various solutions to their business issues.
- Attend meetings and professional development activities.
About you
- With the responsibility of large and diverse property portfolios in Western suburbs, you will possess extensive experience with a minimum of 1-year experience in the real estate industry for a Property Manager or a fresh graduate for a Junior Property Manager.
- You will have superior management skills with a proven ability to lead, guide and motivate yourself and others in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- In addition, you have the ability and experience communicating effectively with a wide range of people, including senior executive management, client agencies, consultants and other relevant bodies.
