We are looking for a vibrant and motivated individual to be trained and learn on the job, working alongside an experienced team of knowledgeable and friendly Property Managers with the intention of handing over some properties for you to manage when you are ready!
Your typical working hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Saturdays are shared and worked on a roster approx. 1 in 5 or as required.
You will be based in and work from a modern office within an industry leading brand in the Mount Waverley Area!
JOB DUTIES:
- Routine inspections
- Holding properties open for inspection
- Completing condition reports
- Responding to enquiries
- Building your name in the industry with clients and tenants
- Organising maintenance
- Rent increases
Learn to manage your own portfolio, learn from a great Director with 10+ years experience!
We want a team player! You will be working with a team, drawing from years of experience and provided with the tools you need to become the best!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Experience (ideally) as an assistant PM or Leasing agent
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
- Valid drivers license
