An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well established and fast growing office in the heart of the CBD. Day to day your role will include:
- Day to day management of 130 properties
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Looking after all repairs and maintenance issues
- Rental arrears management
- Routine property inspections
- Previous experience as an assistant or Property Manager
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of REST would be advantageous
- Valid certificate of registration and car
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- High end properties
- All properties are within close proximity to the office
- Parking provided
