The Duties:

• Assist a senior PM with managing a portfolio of 250 properties
• Prepare advertisements for rental properties
• Repairs and maintenance management
• Arrears management
• Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
• Assist in the training of new staff
• General administration and database management

  
The Requirements:
The successful candidate will be keen, eager and ready to indulge in this amazing opportunity! We are seeking a motivated and determined Property Manager with a current Certificate of Registration, reliable car and valid driver’s license. Our ideal applicant will also attribute:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Strong knowledge of the local area
• Great communication both written and verbal
• High level of organisation and time management
• Strong initiative
• Immaculate personal presentation
