AddressJLL has been appointed to be the Property Manager of one of Sydney's newest and most impressive premium office towers. We have also been appointed to be the facility managers of the shared facilities of the overall precinct which includes a Metro station, two office towers and numerous retail tenancies.
We are looking to employ an up-and-coming commercial Property Manager to assist us to comply with all of our contractual responsibilities whilst delivering exceptional service.
This role will expose the successful candidate to all aspects of property management at the very highest international standards.
Our team is highly experienced and will draw on the full support of JLL's national, regional and international network.
A snapshot of the role:
Support the team to comply with all requirements in the management agreements between JLL and our client
Prepare monthly reports in various formats and via Acumen (our online reporting system) including gathering commentary from our team members
Prepare quarterly KPI reports collating supporting data and evidence
Prepare for and participate in client meetings including diary management, agenda, minutes and chasing subsequent actions
Assist and support our on-site team members to understand and deliver the requirements that they incorporate in their day-to-day activities
Schedule and arrange periodic audits, reviews and assurance testing such as cyber security testing, arranging operational reviews and contractor audits
Drive engagement with and be the champion for the various JLL management systems including Evolution, SharePoint, Acumen, CMO, CM3
Any other duties as required
Before you apply it's also worth knowing what we are looking for:
Commercial property management experience is preferred, and you are passionate about all things 'compliance' where you will be the key go-to person for our team and client.
You can develop a structured management plan, have experience conducting audits, reviews, assurance checks as well as strong familiarity with WHS and risk management program delivery.
Furthermore, you love a challenge, are tenacious and resilient with a 'I won't give up attitude', determined to accomplish only the very best outcomes, with an ambition to develop a premium office tower property management career!
