Property Manager - Full Time

McGrath Riverina, a leading real estate agency, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW.

Expanding our footprint McGrath Riverina are looking for the right person to take care of our Property Management in Wagga.

 It's an exciting role where you will see projects through from start to finish and where you can make a real difference!

 Key Tasks/Responsibilities

• Conduct regular routine inspections when scheduled and promptly action maintenance and reports
• Manage tenancy renewals under time constraints and increase rents where possible
• Issue and follow up on property maintenance work orders 
• Conduct entry and exit inspection reports in a timely, thorough fashion
• Issuing of breach notices and other notices as required
• Manage bond refunds
• Conduct new Tenancy Sign Ups
• Manage enquiries and applications from prospective Tenants.
• Conduct periodic property inspections.
• Maintain control over late payment of rent in accordance with office procedures
• List available property for rent and provide regular accurate feedback to relevant parties 

Required Skills/Experience

• Current Registration - Class 2  or Assistant agent Licence
• Current Drivers Licence 
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Computer literacy
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer service focus and skills
• Willing to take responsibility

• Adherence to systems 
• Dispute resolution skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of building maintenance basics

• Permanent Resident / Australian Citizen
