Property Manager - Junior Moving Up!

Join a leading Property agency in Brisbane's vibrant inner north! We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Property Manager ready to take their career to new heights in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Position:Property Manager
Location: Inner North Brisbane, QLD
Salary: Up to $85,000 + Super (depending on experience) + Fuel Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 160 properties
• Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
• Conduct routine inspections and property maintenance
• Coordinate leasing activities
• Utilise Aylo property management software
• Utilise own car (reimbursed for fuel) for property inspections and management

• Previous experience in property management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local rental market
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
