Form of workDue to rapid expansion and a vision for growth, leading, long established Real Estate Group Buxton is seeking an experienced and passionate person to join our Property Management team, working within our 3 office network of offices located in Chelsea, Dingley Village and Keysborough under the Buxton Brand!
Based at our Chelsea office you will oversee your own portfolio with the guidance and support of our well regarded and experienced Team Leader and Department Head.
The position:
- Manage a well organised portfolio
- Oversee the development and growth of your portfolio alongside our Team Leader, Department Head and BDM
- Focus on relationships and retention
- Work within a close-knit team.
To be considered for this role you will ideally;
- Live locally
- Have a minimum of 12 month's experience in Property Management in a similar role or as an assistant
- Have exceptional organisational skills
- Be energetic and willing to work hard to see results
- Be career orientated
- A desire to develop and and grow the portfolio
- Be a Licensed Estate Agent or Agents Representative/Cert IV Real Estate
- Have a valid driver’s license.
The above is a full-time role with the availability of an immediate start.
