The Role
- Manage a portfolio
- No Routine Inspections
- No Leasing
- Liaise with Landlords & Tenants
- Entry & Exit Condition Reports
- Manage Maintenance
- Arrears Management
- Must speak Hindi
- VIC Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
- Minimum 12 months experience managing your own portfolio
- Valid Driver's license & own reliable transport
- Professional personal presentation
- Exceptional organisation & customer service driven attitude!
- No weekend work
