About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate timely with landlords and tenants.
- Organize and attend home opens and inspections.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with property management team and/or sales team.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports.
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections.
- Organise rental and sale appraisals.
- Achieve individual and team KPI’s
- Implementing performance improvement plans when required.
- Liaise with owners regarding lease agreements.
- Property Tree experience is required.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Property Tree, Inspection Express, VaultRe, Ignite, Price finder.
