The Role:
- Day to day management of 130 properties
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Leasing and property officer to support you
- All properties located on the Northern Beaches
The Person:
- Must have previous property management experience
- Be well presented and a strong communicator
- Hold a valid real estate certificate or license
- Have access to a Car and a driver’s license
