While this role is being offered as full-time, we are looking for the right person and will be happy to consider part-time options if that means we find our person.
This role will be end to end management of a growing portfolio, but don’t worry you wont have to worry about mid or end of month as we have that covered for you.
You will be backed up with administrative support and receive ongoing RE/MAX training, as well as being mentored by our Principal, Amanda Marshall.

What do you need?
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in property management
- Education: Current certificate (or license) of Queensland Real Estate Registration
- Driver License: Current drivers license and reliable car
- Skills: Stellar communication and negation skills, organisational skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at time management of juggling multiple tasks, ability to show empathy.
- Software: Proficiency in property management software such as Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Express, use of 360 camera is ideal but not essential – we provide full training.
