Our client is looking for a motivated and passionate professional who is ready to step up and manage a portfolio.
The Role:
- Salary package up to $80,000
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 130 properties located close to the office
- Inspection support, trust account and administrative support provided
- Working Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm with NO SATURDAYS
The Candidate:
- Mandarin speaking is highly desirable
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Real Estate required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
