We are looking for an experienced people manager to take on the role of Sales Manager. The role reports directly to the Company Director. As the team is growing, we also would also like you to prospect for new business. We have an amazing sales support team, so you won’t need to bother with administrative onboarding.
We provide amazing internal and third-party sales and leadership development training. We have our sights set on global market expansion, so more sales territory will open up for you. Importantly, we don’t micromanage. We prefer to give you the autonomy needed to flex your business development/ leadership skills to grow market share. We like to get stuff done, but don’t take ourselves too seriously. We want you out in the real-world hunting and managing rather than being chained to a desk.

What we would love from you:
- Proven sales management and operations management experience
- Business acumen, experience in forecasting, budgeting and reporting (believes in CRM)
- A belief in the value of sales coaching
- A deep understanding of the logistics and transport industry is an advantage
- Know how to compel prospective new customers to want to speak with you
- Can build rapport and long-lasting relationships with prospects/ customers
- Be comfortable with some interstate travel
