With a dedicated leasing team and field services team (who take care of all of the ingoing's) the Property Management department is structured to allow each Property Manager the time and space to focus on what they do best – providing exceptional service to clients. As a Property Manager within this company you will be looking after:

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Completing outgoing inspections
• Completing routines inspections
• Organising repairs and maintenance
• Prepare and attend QCAT tribunals

To be successful for this role you must:

• Real estate cert
• Have a valid QLD Drivers licence and reliable car
• Min 2 years experience with a Residential Property Portfolio

To be a part of this progressive and extremely dedicated Property Management Team, you will be highly organised, and thrive on structure, working closely with strict procedures. A strong knowledge of current legislation is highly advantageous and a great skillset building rapport between landlords and tenants alike will see you succeed exponentially throughout this role.
