This position would be based in our Kalamunda office.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Managing your own portfolio that is very clean and organised, Property Condition Reports, routine inspections, property maintenance, lease management - (sign ups, renewals), final bond inspections, bond lodgements and disposals, keeping management authorities up to date, liaise with owners, tenants and third parties. All other general daily tasks, and be able to follow systems that are in place.
To be considered it is essential you possess: Current driver's license, Property Management Registration, current police clearance, excellent general computing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, Property Tree software experience, professional presentation, excellent organisation and time management skills, maturity, reliability, ability to work autonomously, a high attention to detail, common-sense and a sense of humor are a necessity.
