The Role:
Working Monday – Friday, we are looking for a talented individual to report directly to the principal. This role is perfect for a Property Manager seeking to take the next step in their career! You will be responsible for managing a high-end portfolio in immaculate condition:
- Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
- Conduct incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Working towards targets and KPIs
- Leasing consultant provided for support
- Portfolio size will be tailored to suit the successful candidate
Skills and Experience:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- Own car and driver's licence
- Ambitious, determined and self-motivated
- Immaculate presentation & strong communication skills
- The ability to deal with high-end properties and clientele
- Hands on!
