The role is a full time role and is based in our office in Ayr, North Queensland.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execution of Tenancy Agreements and associated documents
- Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspect where necessary
- Organise and conduct: property inspections
- Attend meetings and training as directed
- Reception support when required
- Identify challenges and be solution focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the team
The successful candidate will have:
- Preferred experience in property management
- Current Industry standard certifications preferred but not essential
- Drivers licence
- Excellent phone manner
- Corporate presentation
- An eye for detail
- Strong computer skills
- Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
