Work with an industry leading brand that prides themselves on their friendly team and great culture.Our client is looking for a stand out Property Manager to start working in a well-established and passionate team of 15+ staff with one of the most well-respected names in the business.
The Role:
- Managing a well-maintained portfolio of 145 residential properties (mostly local to the office)
- Leasing and administrative support and the guidance of a helpful team leader
- Working Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm with NO SATURDAYS!
- Parking provided
- Opportunity to work 1 day per week from home upon meeting KPIs
- Salary up to $90,000
The Candidate:
- Prior experience managing a residential portfolio
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with PropertyMe, InspectionExpress & Google Suite is high desirable but not required
- Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
