As Property Manager, you duties will be

• Managing a medium sized and super tidy portfolio (capped at 160)
• Landlord & Tenant Communication
• Condition Reports & Routines
• Managing maintenance - via automated system
• Following up on arrears

What you will need to be considered...

• Minimum 12 months experience managing a residential portfolio
