Property Manager

Fletchers, one of Melbourne’s leading real estate firms, is seeking an experienced Property Manager who can work in a fast-paced environment; be adaptable; able to manage/prioritise your time effectively to create effective ways of working; highly organised; positive in nature and able to build relationships with renters, rental providers, and trades.  

Your week will include a variety of tasks in the field that include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a starting portfolio of approx. 150 properties
• Conducting ongoing, final & entry inspections
• Completing reports
• Managing lease expiry and rent review processes
• Developing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with renters and rental providers to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Completing maintenance requests
• Managing VCAT matters should they arise (of course with the team’s support)
• Assistant Property management & offshore assistance is available

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in property management
• View Property Management as a career and not just a stepping stone
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, judgment, proactivity, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Be able to follow processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency
• Have an understanding of residential real estate
• A valid Agent’s representative license
• A Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Knowledge of Property Me, Inspection Express, and Inspect Real Estate will be highly regarded
