About the role:
We are currently seeking a proactive on-site Property Manager and skilled Handyman to oversee the operations and maintenance of our property in Tolga. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and all administrative tasks are efficiently handled. Additionally, this role includes Handyman taks at our Innisfail property for two days per week.
Qualifications & Experience:

- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and patience under pressure.

- Experience in procurement and negotiation.
- Track record of strategic vision implementation.
- Proficiency in market analysis and partnership development.
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Physical ability to perform various tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Continual enhancement of systems and processes.
- Oversight of guest accommodation.
- Management of indoor and outdoor common areas.
- Coordination of cleaning and maintenance crews.
- Maintenance schedule management and trade relationships.
- Facilitation of arrival inductions and departure procedures.
- Maintenance of guest logs and reporting to head office.
- Collaboration with auditors and management of compliance processes.
- Ensure that inventory is properly managed and verify that all tools and equipment are accounted for and intact.
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
- Handle basic carpentry and painting tasks.
- Maintain gardens and outdoor areas.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency repair requests.
- Manage inventory of supplies.
- Have your own tools.
