We help experts become true specialists and provide the long-term structure and platform to accelerate their success.Job DescriptionThis is an opportunity for a driven individual skilled in marketing and graphic design, to join our high performing Industrial team based in the Liverpool office. You will play an integral role in enhancing the productivity and delivery of service excellence to clients and customers.Some of your key responsibilities include the following:

• Work with the team to design and produce submissions that are creative and professional to win listings.
• Take a leadership role in the preparation of proposals, client presentations and any other marketing material required.
• Develop, manage and implement Property Marketing campaigns for assets taken to market.
• Project manage the marketing preparation process and coordinate high quality marketing collateral on behalf of clients.
• Manage the marketing operations which includes, but is not limited to CRM, monthly metrics reporting, internal communications, and managing libraries on Colliers Hub & SharePoint.
• Position the brand and market by asset class to deliver value-adding client events, thought leadership, campaigns and social and traditional media.

QualificationsTo meet the challenge of this exciting role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

• Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to manage and work as part of a fast-paced team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
• Initiative, creativity and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.
