- Work with the team to design and produce submissions that are creative and professional to win listings.
- Take a leadership role in the preparation of proposals, client presentations and any other marketing material required.
- Develop, manage and implement Property Marketing campaigns for assets taken to market.
- Project manage the marketing preparation process and coordinate high quality marketing collateral on behalf of clients.
- Manage the marketing operations which includes, but is not limited to CRM, monthly metrics reporting, internal communications, and managing libraries on Colliers Hub & SharePoint.
- Position the brand and market by asset class to deliver value-adding client events, thought leadership, campaigns and social and traditional media.
- Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to manage and work as part of a fast-paced team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Initiative, creativity and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.
