Public Sector People are working with a Local Council to look for a dynamic and proactive NAR & Property Officer to join our client's Revenue Services Unit. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the Property database and Name & Address Register, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Position:NAR & Property Officer + Contract
Hours: 2 days p/week, part-time with hybrid working arrangements
Contract Length: Temporary contract - ASAP Start, 2-3 month contract
Hourly Rate: $37 p/hour + super
Location: Local Council South East Suburbs Melbourne
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Property database and Name & Address Register.
- Initiate the issue of notices resulting from changes in ownership details received.
- Electronically register and refer correspondence related to sales and other property file data into the record management system for actioning.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, either in person, on the telephone, or through other communication media.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Local Council environment.
- Proficiency in Pathway is necessary.
