Property Officer / Manager

With the opening of our 2nd office in Leppington Village Shopping Centre, we are expanding our team. LJ Hooker Leppington | Austral is seeking our next star Property Officer / Manager!  If you are frustrated with a lack of support in your current office or simply looking for a great team environment where your efforts will be appreciated and you will love coming to work, we would love to meet you! • Working as a full time Property Officer / Manager  you will be directly dealing with Landlords, Tenants & Trades in order to oversee the daily management.
• Responsible for obtaining new business.

• At least 12 months experience 
• The desire and motivation to deliver a premium Client experience
• A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Current Driver’s License & reliable car
• Experience with PropertyMe, RP Data & IRE desirable
• The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wonderful and loyal team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
• Impeccable personal presentation
