The Regional Manager will be a point of contact for a portfolio of centres.
Overview of Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and conduct leadership, coaching and ongoing service support to Campus Managers (Nominated Supervisors) and their teams
Exemplary organisation skills and the ability to multi task
Demonstrate a strong business ethos in understanding business operations including, human resources & sector compliance, marketing and finance reporting
Ensuring continuous improvement within all services to exceed the NQS
Actively implementing company Policies and Procedures which reflect our vision
Extensive, effective, and balanced management and leadership skills
Excellent people management & interpersonal skills
The successful Early Education professional will have:
Extensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
Experience in the Early Childhood sector and a commitment to achieving the absolute best results with a balance of quality and KPI management
Business management qualifications (desirable)
Be experienced in multi-site management
Be confident with leading and mentoring staff
Be experienced in implementing the National Quality Framework
Have a solid understanding of the Early Years’ Frameworks
Have extensive understanding of Regulations/legislation
Analyse and Improve organisational process
Proven minimum 3 years' experience in a senior Early Education Management / Operations Management position
Detailed experience in Kidsoft and CCS systems operation
Proven experience in Exceeding A&R results
Demonstrated competency of Early Learning administration including report writing, financial and budget management
Experienced in supporting a positive and inclusive team environment
Possess great communication and interpersonal skills as well as effective problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail
Excellent time management and computer skills with knowledge of current industry systems including NQF, EYLF and NQS to plan effective programs.
Current Blue Card, Working with Children Check, Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain) and open Driver's License
