SalaryThis is a key support role in the management of Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) national retail property portfolio, which sees you working with the property team in a mixed paralegal and administrative role.
Reporting to the General Manager Property, this role will involve a high level of interaction with FCTG's senior property management team, leasing executives and fitout project managers, as well as with landlords, their property managers and solicitors.
What you will be doing:
- Review lease offers
- Revision of lease documents
- Execution and registration of leasing documents
- Leasing queries
- Database and financial assistance
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Commercial and/or retail leasing paralegal experience (multi-jurisdictional experience preferred)
- Relevant tertiary qualification
