The role
Although from a far it looks like Property Management, it is much more than that. You will need to be able to manage people as well as the property. Property Management experience is required, along with some good experience in Customer Service as this is a very important aspect of the role.
Role reports into the General Manager and will have autonomy to manage a portfolio of properties and residents in the properties, this is a Property Management role unlike any other, a spin on standard residential.
Location
This role will operate out of our head office is in South Perth and will cover a portfolio of houses located within 15kms of the CDB.

Duties will include;
◦ Working collaboratively with the Property Management team
◦ Overall portfolio management
◦ Building and nurturing owner, resident and contractor relationships
◦ Lease renewals, rent reviews and managing arrears
◦ Inspections/ viewings
◦ Arranging and managing maintenance
◦ Bond lodgements and disposals
◦ Routine inspections, final bond inspections and property condition reports
◦ Attending and contributing to team meetings
◦ Championing values and team culture
