Established by David and Lyn Haggarty in 1980, and now run by the second-generation Mick and Alexandra Haggarty, First National Maitland has developed into one of the most successful and long running real estate agents in the region.

Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management industry
- Class 2 Real Estate Licence or in the process of gaining
- Unrestricted Drivers Licence
- Proficiency in Property Me, Inspection Manager and ideally a working knowledge of Inspect Real Estate
- Demonstrated involvement in community service work for the local region
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, customer focused service to clients
- End and mid month preparation and distribution
- Coordination of ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Manage rent arrears
- Prepare and attend tribunal hearings
- Arrange property maintenance
- Arrange and conduct routine inspections from time to time
