Participants can sign 10year agreements with us and leave with 14 days notice.
They can bring their own supports.

The Property and Relationship Manager's role is to make sure people are happy to call our places home.
This involves maintaining and expanding on relationships within the community.
Working out the needs of people and helping support co-ordinators, participants and their loved ones to find the best place to call their forever home.
We are all about results not micromanaging.
We hire the best people, support them and then get out of their way and let them get on with it.
Even at our HQ in Brisbane most of our team only come to the office occasionally. If our Relationship Managers were in the office they wouldn't be doing their jobs. RM's are all about relationships with:
- existing participants
- new participants
- support coordinators
- families
- care organisations
- support workers
- those that love and support participants
- allied health and medical professionals

- You will be expected to work from Brisbane 5 times a year (up to a week each time)
- You will be expected to be on the ground in Townsville
- You will be expected to be able to meet with participants and their support teams in a timely manner
- You will be expected to attend a regular weekly team meetings
- You will be passionate about helping people
- You must have Microsoft Teams experience
- You may have existing experience as a support coordinator or other NDIS & SDA experience
- You have property management experience
- You may have experience with routine inspections and lease renewals
- You will be a local with existing relationships in the disability community in Townsville
- You will be self-directed and able to work efficiently and remotely
