Commercial plumbing business seeking an experienced Service Administrator or for the right applicant this can be offered as a trainee position.
We are seeking a switched on and enthusiastic worker to assist in the administration of a growing plumbing business with an expanding portfolio of commercial and government customers.

We are situated in a contemporary factory and office space in the heart of Epping's industrial precinct.
The job involves:
- Working between various cloud based job management and accounting software packages
- Administering our service department, , liaising with our customers and workers, scheduling jobs, finalising and managing service reports, quoting and invoicing.
- Coordinating the migration of quotes through to jobs and then drafting of invoices
- Ordering materials and managing purchase orders. Receiving supplier invoices, allocating these to jobs and arranging payment of trade creditors.
- Auditing and managing timesheets and Xero payroll
- Managing the automation of accounts receivable and accounts payable software systems
- Microsoft Word processing of service reports and other template documents, including the use of Merge Fields and Field Codes.
- Managing health and safety compliance, generating SWMS and building digital forms.
- Assisting in preparing responses to publicly listed tenders
- Xero reconciliation and BAS.
- Other general administrative tasks for the business.
Key selection criteria:
- Experience and understanding of day to day operations of a Trade Services business.
- Experience with health and safety administration, construction SWMS / JSA's / training matrixes
- Experience with construction industry job management software, or similar other job management software.
- Experience with Xero is a big plus.
- Great skills on Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel is essential.
- Good skills with Gmail, filters and forwarding, labels and folders, calendar, drive, tasks etc.
- Good mathematics and accounting skills required.
- Good written and spoken English required.
