The Opportunity
In this role as Property Services Manager, you will lead a team of up to 8 employees and will be responsible for managing all of Insignia Financial’s office leases and refurbishments, including the maintenance of a leasing schedule. This is your chance to contribute to an organisation - which focuses on its people and culture, listening to our clients and developing our platforms to better serve our clients.
This is an exciting position to oversee, plan and execute office refurbishments, fit outs and relocations and you’ll work with the Head of Procurement & Property with projects and business initiatives. This role comes with plenty of opportunity for you to get involved in interesting, challenging projects within the business, so if you’re looking for something to really sink your teeth into and make your own, this could be the perfect position for you.
In this role you can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
About You
A passionate leader, you enjoy motivating and developing employees and ideally have prior experience working for a large business within the financial services industry. It would be great if you’ve also got property leasing expertise, with planning and managing office relocations, plus having project management experience will also make your application stand out from the rest.
A seasoned professional, you have solid communication and stakeholder management skills, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Throughout your career you’ve developed exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills and can easily build solid working relationships with everyone you interact with. With your willingness to roll up your sleeves as you get stuck into things, you feel you’ve got what it takes to hit the ground running with Insignia Financial.
