This position is classified as a PACS Band 4 ($67,425 – $73,621 p.a) under the City of Kwinana’s structured remuneration system.

About the Role
A fantastic opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Property Services Officer to join the City Operations (Facility Maintenance Team) at the City of Kwinana. Reporting to the Supervisor Facility Maintenance you will be responsible for undertaking inspections and maintenance of all City buildings and facilities.
This position will also be required to regularly engage with other members of the Facility Maintenance Team and will occasionally liaise with external contractors.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Highly developed maintenance/general handy man skills and previous experience in the building industry.
- Ability to undertake maintenance work, manual handling, work with power tools and use own initiative.
- Developed interpersonal and customer relations skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be physically capable to undertake the work including working at heights.
- Basic computer skills.
- Driver’s Licence, Working at Heights Certificate and First Aid qualification.
*Please note the hours of work for this position are 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am - 3:45pm Friday.
