The Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Accounts Assistant to join our team of property specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various finance functions within the TfNSW portfolio. Working across a diverse range of properties and assets, you will gain valuable experience and a solid foundation for your career in the property finance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipting
- Accounts Payable
- Finance Reporting
- Maintenance of Property Management Database
- Account Reconciliations
- Minimum of 12 months experience in an accounts/finance role.
- Passion for the commercial property industry and a desire to develop a career in accounting/finance.
- Recent University or Tafe qualification preferred, but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Team player who enjoys collaboration with a variety of internal team members and departments.
- Excellent communicator with the confidence to build up to liaising with tenants and major stakeholders as you grow into the role.
- Strong computer skills to work across a number of finance systems, databases and MS Excel.
