Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is located in the heart of the beautiful Gippsland region and are a major provider of a range of health services across Gippsland. LRH is experiencing significant growth, with our $217 million hospital expansion due to open early 2024.
With this expansion is the need to increase our workforce and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Prosthetist/Orthotist to join our P&O Team to assist with the delivery of inpatient and outpatient prosthetics and orthotics services.
Part time or job share arrangements will be considered for the right applicant.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor Prosthetic and Orthotics (or equivalent)
- Eligible for AOPA membership with certification as an Orthotist / Prosthetist via CPD program fulfilment
- 3+ years of relevant clinical experience
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and ability to translate this into practice
- Demonstrated ability to undertake professional supervision and promote professional competence of other staff
- Established interpersonal skills that promote team development and engagement, and a proven ability to relate to people at all levels within an organisation
- A current driver’s license
