We are looking for someone with the ability to manage large client bases effectively and efficiently, especially within the architecture and design industry. Ideally we are on the hunt for an applicant with CRM software experience and knowledge of the industry to. To succeed in this role, you will be a strong negotiator, communicator and planner, as well as being detail oriented and thorough in documentation.
The contract manager will be responsible for:
- Contact folio management duties, including engaging in negotiation, administrative duties and consultation with legal representatives on contractual issues
- Development and maintenance of good client relationships
- Developing and improving proposal templates
- Training and development of staff in client relationship management
- Liaison with project director
- Assist project teams in understanding project scope and client expectations
- Maintenance of contract and client records
- Reporting to delivery director through all project stages
- Provide support to developmental teams in preparing fee proposals and client engagement
- Developing and delivery of mentoring and training sessions to director-level staff
