Head Of Construction - Dubai

If you are experienced in delivering luxury high-rise and master-planned community projects end to end, please read on:

• You are a driven individual with a great attitude to work.
• MUST have a minimum of 10-20+ years working for a Top Tier Builder, Developer, or Project Management Company in a Senior Role.
• You are currently reporting to the Board of Directors as this role will report directly to the President of this multi-billion luxury developer.
• This role will oversee several projects and a team, delivering top-tier luxury, high-rise master-planned communities.
• You are someone we want to hear from you if you hold either a Construction Director, Project Director, General Manager, or a Head of Construction position.
• MUST hold at least one Tertiary qualification in either Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
