What You Will Be Doing
The Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse (PEN3) assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve goals and health outcomes. The Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse (PEN3) takes an extended leadership role in the coordination of nursing and health care within and across different care contest to facilitate optimal health outcomes.
What You Need
We anticipate you will:
• Be an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with Current AHPRA registration
• Have a minimum of five years post registration experience as a PEN; OR
A post registration qualification (of at least 6 months or 200 hours duration) a component of which is relevant to current environment/role
• Have evidence of achievement of four out of ten of the Advanced Competency Standards listed the position description attachment.

*Please refer to salary circular for VICTORIAN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 – 2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
