The position is responsible for administering all aspects of the Recruitment and appointment of all Psychiatry trainees employed by Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) who provide of Mental Health services In the WSLHD and the Sydney West and Greater Southern (SWaGS) Psychiatry Training Network. The position will ensure that all facilities in the SWaGS training network have complete information on trainees rotating through the network. It is also responsible for administering the Recruitment and appointment of career medical officers (CMOs) in Mental Health appointed through Westmead and Cumberland Hospitals.
The position is located in the Resident Support Unit (RSU) at Westmead hospital for at least three days per week and in the Mental Health Offices at Cumberland Hospital for up to two days per week.
The position will also undertake other duties within the RSU as required.

Selection Criteria:
- Experience in recruitment administration and processing
- Experience in payroll, preferably in a Health environment
- Previous experience in a busy high work volume environment with demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines and timeframes.
- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative
- Excellent computer skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office, and exposure to rostering, payroll and human resources applications.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
