Job Title: Purchasing Administration Officer
Hours: 38 hours p/week, full-time with hybrid working arrangements
Contract Length: ASAP Start, 3-month contract, potential 3-month extension
Salary: $38-40 p/hour + super
Location: Local Council Western Suburbs Melbourne
The Role
Joining the Capital Delivery team, the Purchasing Administration Officer plays a vital role in supporting our client's procurement processes. This role encompasses various administrative duties, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and contributing to general procurement activities. Additionally, you'll assist with adhoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within Government, Healthcare, Education, NFP, or the Public Sector
- Familiarity with the Construction/Engineering sector is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated adaptability and efficiency in managing diverse tasks
