Power Equipment Pty Ltd, located in Lynbrook, is a market-leading business that delivers a comprehensive range of diesel products to Industrial and Marine customers through our dealer network across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific region.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Process purchase orders to local and international suppliers
- Receipting of goods and order allocation
- Maintenance of outstanding purchase orders
- Assist in the reconciliation of invoices, verifying accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
- Forecasting and optimisation of stock holdings in line with business requirements
- Liaise with logistics and customer service departments regarding order movement
- Maintain purchasing functions including price file and suppliers
Requirements for the role
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven track record of working both collaboratively within a team and autonomously
- Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work dynamically in a fast paced and evolving environment
- Proven experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
