Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. Monadelphous has been a part of the Central Queensland community for 40 years, providing vital jobs to locals and those who consider Gladstone home.
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced QA/QC Coordinator to join our Gladstone Operations on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule and to client specifications. You will be managing, implementing and monitoring quality systems, training and qualifying welding personnel and supervising/conducting inspections of welding activities.
Relocation would be considered for the right candidate.

What you will bring
Current Weld Australia Welding Supervisor AS1796 certificate 10 and/ or IWS qualification
Previous experience working in a similar role preferably in Alumina or other continuous processing plant.
Australian recognised Trade Certificate – Fabrication
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Tank inspection knowledge (Advantageous)
A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment
A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
Experience in effective management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
