About the role
We are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our join the Select Plant Australia Team working from the Malaga Depot, WA. This role offers great career prospects with an innovative specialist plant hire service provider.
Key responsibilities
- General commercial administration – processing material and plant goods received paperwork
- Assist and support the finance team (raising purchase requisitions for approval etc.)
- Assessment and processing of subcontractors and supplier payment claims
- Prepare and raise supplier purchase requisitions and orders in COINS
- Ensure progress invoices and claims are substantiated and submitted accurately and on time. Follow up on payments.
- Facilitating due diligence checks
About you
- You will have prior experience in an Administration role, and preferably have experience working within the construction industry
- You will be a self-starter who is able to demonstrate initiative
- You will have excellent Microsoft office skills
- Your prior experience working in a fast paced, demanding environment has given you a proactive and adaptable attitude
- You will possess an ability to exercise discretion and protect confidentiality whilst maintaining an approachable attitude
- A high attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role
- Experience in COINS is preferred, however not mandatory
